These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Preemiyum Stats website and membership services (the "Service"), operated by Preemiyum Stats ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Nature of the service

Preemiyum Stats provides sports betting analysis, commentary, and educational content for informational purposes. We publish our own picks, opinions, and statistical analysis based on publicly available information and our own research.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or to gamble in Australia. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are legally permitted to engage in sports wagering in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of any bookmaker and any bets you place comply with the laws that apply to you.

3. Membership plans and payment

We currently offer two membership options:

• Monthly membership — billed on a recurring monthly basis in AUD, processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and no further charges will apply after cancellation.
• Lifetime membership — a one-time payment in AUD, processed securely by Square, for ongoing access to the Service with no recurring fees. Where advertised, "Buy Now, Pay Later" instalment options (e.g. Afterpay) are provided by the relevant third-party provider under its own terms.

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change from time to time; changes won't affect a membership you've already paid for. We do not store your full payment card details — these are collected and processed directly by Stripe or Square.

4. 30-Day Profit Guarantee

New Monthly and Lifetime members are eligible for our 30-Day Profit Guarantee, on the following basis:

• Eligibility: new Monthly and Lifetime members only, for the first 30 days from their join date.
• Measurement: your results are assessed from your first tracked pick following your join date to day 30, measured against our publicly logged results on this website.
• Stake sizing: results are assessed on a consistent basis of 1 unit = 1–2% of bankroll across all picks in the period, in line with our published staking guidance. Betting outside this range, or selectively following only some of our picks, may affect your eligibility.
• How to claim: email preemiyumstats@gmail.com within 7 days of your 30-day mark with your join date and a record of the bets you placed following our picks. We will review your claim in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
• Outcome: approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

The 30-Day Profit Guarantee is a promotional refund offer and is separate from, and in addition to, any consumer guarantee rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (see Section 8).

5. No guarantee of results

Sports betting involves an inherent risk of loss. While we track and publish our results transparently, past performance is not a guarantee or reliable indicator of future results, and we do not guarantee that you will profit from following our picks, whether during any particular period or over the life of your membership (outside the specific 30-Day Profit Guarantee terms above). Any projections, illustrations, or calculators on our website (such as the annual returns calculator) are hypothetical illustrations based on historical averages only, not forecasts or promises of future earnings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share, resell, or redistribute our picks, analysis, or membership content to non-members; use automated means to scrape or copy our website content; impersonate another person; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate your membership if you materially breach these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including our analysis, picks, statistics, graphics, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Preemiyum Stats and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having the service resupplied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 8 above, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including any betting losses you incur) arising from your use of the Service or reliance on our content. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Responsible gambling

We encourage all members to gamble responsibly and within their means. If gambling is having a negative impact on your life, free, confidential support is available through Gambling Help Online at gamblinghelponline.org.au or by calling 1800 858 858.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to let members know (for example, by posting a notice on our website or Instagram). Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
